MANAGING DIRECTOR’S PROFILE:

The man behind the company’s achievements is non but its managing director Mr. Manoj Kumar. A great and firm believer and the follower of his ethics, values, crafts and principles. He moves selectively and meticulously on pre-fixed, present, well-planned and defined path ensuring hundred percent achievements.
If business is characterized and necessitated by knowledge, temper and time (KTT), Shri Manoj Kumar was born in-built KTT. Encouraged with the rapid progress and growths, zeal and ambitions for the prospects, he expanded his business to Maharastra in the recent years.
Shri Manoj Kumar, managing director, helped the organization to adopt a working culture of ceremonial standard where sense of florics and enjoyments has strong presence. He has the Mastery over Time Management System. He is far away from fancy and frills. Simplicity is the Beauty to him.
Foresightedness and vision in part of his character and habit and then embarking at once upon it, is his strength to succeed. He is the master of an agile personality. Nourished and Nurtured with  Donor Genes, he is great Socialistic in Philosophy. He very much enjoys in extending generous help to genuine with due care that others do not come to know of it. Sanjay Kumar Makharia, Director

A Graduate in Commerce and expertise of Cotton related activities. Following the Brother’s foot Steps, looking after the entire production and Marketing of Cotton Division. He has began his career in 1988 and has grown with the Company to garner a solid experience in the Cotton Ginning and Pressing activities. With his conscious efforts, the turnover of Cotton Division increased in geometric ratio and considered to be the Back bone for the Company.

Ajay Kumar Makharia, Director

Younger Brother of Manoj Kumar Makharia. Ajay Kumar is a Graduate in Business Management and with rich back ground in Solvent Extraction Division. Apart from Managerial capabilities, Mr Ajay engineered in Solvent Extraction Process by his experience. Ajay & Umesh Considered responsible for Solvent Extraction Technology resources. Involved in Production, and Marketing and procurement of raw material of the Group’s major Industrial Division of Solvent Extraction Plant.

Umesh Kumar Makharia , Director

Mr.Umesh Considered responsible for Solvent Extraction Technology resources. Involved in Production, and Marketing and procurement of raw material of the Group’s major Industrial Division of Solvent Extraction Plant.

Nitesh Kumar Makharia

A Young Director involved in marketing division of pulses and grains. Responsible for development of Dall Mill division.
